VIP Account Manager
We’re looking for VIP Account manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with online gaming in sales/ VIP/customer support.
You will be the main point of contact to our very important customers, responsible for creating an industry leading VIP experience with their brand.

- Micromanagement of an assigned portfolio of VIP customers for
- Communication outreach and responsiveness via all
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s VIP customer
needs & providing excellence in customer service to build long
term relationships and maintaining VIP cards;
- Advising and providing feedbacks, cooperating with CRM in order
- Working on set targets, objectives and goals while being
accountable for VIP Customer satisfaction;
- Proactively improve all metrics of the assigned portfolio.
