Требуемые навыки / Checklist
● Degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or
related
discipline
● Minimum of 4 years working experience in HR in an
international environment?Knowledge of HR legislation,
policies, practices and strategies, experience in forming and
developing corporate culture and project work
● Demonstrated experience in the use of HR management
information systems (HRMIS)
● Strong cross-cultural communication, interpersonal skills
and
persuasiveness, integrity, ability to work independently and
to
prioritize
● Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian/Russian (min.
C1) and English (min. B2)
Обязанности
● Support all local “hire to retire” activities of the employee
lifecycle and implement P&O processes, ensure the
operational
conversion ofthe P&O strategic goals
● Support the tactical workforce planning and handle
employee
related issues
● Provide leadership support and coaching for line
managers
and teamleaders
● Analyse and provide headcount, forecast, and budget
planning data in close cooperation with regional
management
● Monitor employee turnover, analyse causes for turnover
and
recommend programs and policies to help mitigate those
causes
● Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives
(e.g.,
performance evaluation, salary review, workforce planning,
and
organizational change etc)
